Which frame are you?

Sooo..today was hgectic fuckedf (it needed to be spelled that way). Seriously. Everything decided to show up today; Scissors, GOrilla’s and Tree-Lite’s. Everything is now gone and out of the shop. Thanks for everyone’s patience who pre-ordered. If you were one of the 40, you should have received tracking information by now, if not, expect something in the next couple days.

Once again, thanks to all of you for the constant support.

BTW- We’ve got Charge Buckets in stock, in every color. We also have MED Scissors still available and both fork colors.

To make things easier for GOrilla and to save customers from expensive int’l shipping costs, we decided to handle shipping out these forks individually. The Kilroy forks will arrive next week. NOTE: THIS IS NOT THE OFFICIAL KILROY FORK. Those will be released in April.

These forks will be available on a first come first serve basis and each will be individually numbered.

Pricing is TBD. Please follow our blog or twitter to find out when you can pre-order yours through our online boutique.

If you haven’t seen this, watch it. It’s very well put together.

There has been all kinds of talk about this whole 700cmx/FGFS/Tarck whatever you wanna call it category of fixed gear cycling. Tarck bikes are taking over the industry. I see more and more “core” members wanting to build up tarck bikes with huge 38c-47c tires. I know some of these riders are still embarrassed to admit they tarck or want to, but you gotta admit, its FUCKIN fun! These core members were the ones building up bikes with drops and boxed section rims to be “Proper.” Nothing over 23c tires for speed.

Now, It seems we are at the crest of a major shift in the paradigm of our industry. Yes, it’s a big sentence but it’s true. More and more people are looking to build a bike you can run into a wall and not have to worry. I think one thing is important though that we embrace all types of riding styles whether it be track or tarck. I personally love it all.

I think one should have both. One to trick and one to just ride fast.

What about you? Track or tarck?

GOrilla Kilroy

Gorilla Kilroy

Take from Gorilla: we will have these framesets in stock within the next couple weeks. Pre-order yours from us today.

After slamming and breaking our prototypes in public and in front of cameras, we finally started production of the Kilroy frame. The tests that Wonka ran lead to the conclusion that we had to manufacture a tube set just for this frame, with particular reinforced parts to absorb and handle the stress of the jumps. Together with Columbus we decided to change the alloy in order to avoid very thick and heavy tubes and gain in strength nevertheless. We are proud to present the first freestyle frame in Niobium steel. The Columbus Niobium steel is a special micro alloyed steel with Manganese, Chrome, Nickel, Molybdenum and Niobium that is designed to provide superior mechanical properties
